Facebook vs. Blackboard, part 2

A while back, I suggested that Facebook could replace Blackboard. Last night mpstaton left a comment on that post:
We developed a tool for teachers to use facebook. It's called Courses. go to http://apps.facebook.com/courses

    Rather than Facebook vs. Blackboard, how about Facebook WITH Blackboard?
