Sparklines are tiny line graphs that can be inserted as characters and that show trends at a glance. Joe Gregario has developed an online sparkline generator that anyone can use.
I've used that generator as the basis for a few sparklines, with some touchups in Photoshop afterward to make them multivariate. I haven't looked at the code yet to see how difficult it would be to automate that process.
That's great! I really like the application. Unfortunately I can't really get similar metrics for Ashtanga. But I'll have to apply this to other quantitative data trends in my life.
